RETURN POLICY

Crossroads Records will only accept returns for the following:

  •  Goods that vary from their description on the website or
  •  Goods supplied incorrectly

If the item falls into the above terms, upon receiving the items - the customer has 3 days to contact us and request for a Return Authorization. Items must be returned in the same condition that were dispatched with the purchase receipt. All the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. 

For international returns, any custom/import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and all other surcharges paid on return shipment is solely the customers responsibility. 

Once received and processed, credits will be issued into your account. Credits will be based only on the price of the purchased item.

The credits does not include shipping, custom/import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other surcharges that incurred.

Crossroads Records will not process any Return Authorization after such date for any reason whatsoever.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND & NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM I ORDERED

Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds if you changed your mind.

WRONG ADDRESS 

The customer is solely responsible for entering the correct address. If the customer entered the wrong address and did not inform us before the order is shipped, Crossroads Records will not issue any refunds.

COURIER ISSUES

Crossroads Records is not responsible for any problems that occurs with the courier provider. It's the customers responsibility to follow up with the courier provider as a tracker has been given upon shipping.

If a delivery is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact the customer again but we will charge for resending the item.
